ART OF SOURCING

AOS strongly believe that the very first step of sourcing taken with the right candidate factory is THE most crucial in successful completion of any project and once the candidate factory is rightly selected it makes the process of delivering high quality products within a given time frame extremely autonomous. Hence we painstakingly go through the vetting process for vendors… AOS technical teams first do onsite analysis of each & every vendor capacity & capability, before they are included in AOS Database. Also, since the Factory Audits are done annually for the normal vendors & half yearly for the non performing vendors. The vendor status keeps changing in our database. This helps to keep a check on non performing vendors & guard our customer’s interests…

VENDOR Grading System: The factories are given ratings on the bases of the results of factory Audits & are then filtered on the bases of their capacity & capabilities. This further helps us to shortlist vendors quickly for client specific needs as soon as the enquiry is received. Also, since AOS caters to a wide range of customers from the private brand labels, Mom & Pop stores in US to Hypermarkets, Supermarkets & Club stores across US, South America & Mexico.
